: (1) If a person is found to have used a computer, telephone, mobile phone or any other type of telecommunication or exchanged any information through electronic or any other means of communication in connection with the commission of an organized crime, the investigating officer shall With the permission of the authorized officer, he may order the relevant officer, agency or service provider to provide details or information related to telecommunication from such computer, telephone, mobile phone or telecommunication medium.
(2) In case of an order according to sub-section (1), such officer, agency or service provider shall provide details or information related to such telephone, mobile phone or telecommunication medium.
